Click the DOWN arrow in the upper right hand corner to download the file to your desktop, laptop, or phone/tablet.

Notes:
- The VISITING team on Field 6 MUST have a parent/parents occupy the Snack Bar during their game. If you do not have an individual in the snack bar prior to the start of your game, or if the snack bar is unopened due to lack of volunteers, you will forfeit that game, no exceptions. The team Manager may substitute themselves as the occupant of the snack bar until they can be relieved by some other representative from their team.
- Any HOME team on either field must have a representative of their team become an arbitrary GAME scorekeeper. This is an official position of the entire game and they must not/cannot not be partial to their team. Each team may ask you for pitch counts, etc., but you cannot volunteer that information to your specific team.
- All teams playing the early game (5:30 PM) during the week must vacate the field immediately in preparation of the late game (7:45 PM). There are only 15 MINUTES between games so it is important to grab your team gear and vacate the field immediately. If you are having a team meeting after the game ends, please move your team off the field and out of the dugout (the side areas are sufficient and can accommodate your after-game discussion).
Please note that all games are scheduled for Monday-Wednesday and Saturday. If your team would like to schedule practices, please notify Kay Russell within 48 hours of your selected request date. This is done as a courtesy to all Managers who may want use of the fields during the season. Additional practice requests are assigned on a first come, first serve basis but cannot be monopolized by any one team.
